An Inspiring & Collaborative

workspace for women

HER Place is a collaborative workspace designed for women to connect, inspire and empower each other to grow both personally and professionally, while making their mark and leaving their legacy in our community.

Why Work at HER Place?

This space is for female entrepreneurs who want to thrive! Being in our shared working space provides women – and their business – ample opportunity to grow. Our space delivers a safe working environment where our members can be truly themselves and live into their passions. We understand our responsibility of contributing meaningful, lasting work to our communities. We know women thrive off connection and we understand that we are at the forefront of major world change. Our space supports the individual woman, yes, but it is also part of something bigger for our community and our world. We are guaranteed to be makers in this world shift.

Meet Our Founder

From a young age, Andrea always knew she wanted to be her own boss as she was the self-proclaimed President of “Andrea’s Business” — dreams do come true.
When she was 7, she fell in love with horseback riding and in 2007, she was a member of the Canadian Dressage Young Rider Team where she competed for Canada.
For 18 years, horseback riding was her life — it taught her discipline + responsibility, and it was her first introduction to goal setting.
Who she was as a rider, shaped her into who she would be as a leader.
This translated well into her management career at lululemon for 4 years, where she developed her own leadership style.
She loved the idea of helping people set achievable + rewarding goals, which led her to pursue life coaching and became a certified life coach + owns her own business — Ambitious Soul Life Coaching.
Andrea specializes in goal setting + using positive self talk to shift your habits. She is a firm believer in speaking kindly to yourself which is why she is also the co-creator of The Homework Series, a yoga-based coaching program to bring you back home to yourself.
Her passion in creating space for female entrepreneurs to flourish is why HER Place came to life, and she believes when women support other women, amazing things can happen!
